TortMatics is operated by FusionByte Media LLC, a marketing and intake company. Participating law firms pay TortMatics to advertise their services and to help them receive requests from people who ask to be contacted. This website and our ads are paid advertisements for those firms.
What TortMatics is not
- Not a law firm. We don't give legal advice or evaluate the merits of any claim.
- Not a lawyer referral service. We don't recommend or vouch for any lawyer, and we don't choose a firm for you based on its quality or your case. Requests go to the participating firms for the campaign you select, which are listed openly on our partner list.
- Not affiliated with any court or government agency, including the FDA, EPA, Social Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, or the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund.
How we are paid
Participating firms pay a flat fee for advertising and intake services. Our pay never depends on whether a firm takes your case, on the outcome, or on any legal fee, and we never share in legal fees.
Choosing a lawyer
The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertisements. Before you decide, ask the firm for written information about its qualifications and experience. A firm that contacts you must identify itself; you are free to decline or to choose any other lawyer.

We do not publish or promise results. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome, and every case is different.
