1. Find the campaign that matches what happened
Start with the product, exposure, incident, or benefit. Each campaign page explains who is commonly reviewed, where the litigation stands, and which official sources back it up.
2. Answer a few focused questions
The questions match the factors participating firms usually look at first. “I'm not sure” is always an option. We never ask for Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, or uploads.
3. Review the consent before you submit
The consent box is never pre-checked. It says who may contact you and how. You can use this site without agreeing.
4. We check your request is complete
We confirm the request has what a firm needs for a first look. A follow-up question from us is not case acceptance.
5. A participating firm decides
With your consent, your request may go to a participating law firm. That firm alone decides whether to evaluate or accept a matter.
What a request does not do
- It does not create an attorney-client relationship.
- It does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, settlement, or compensation.
- It does not stop a statute of limitations or any other deadline.
Common questions
Who decides whether my case is accepted?
Only a licensed attorney at a participating firm. TortMatics is not a law firm and cannot accept cases.
Should I send medical records?
No. Don't send records through this site. If a firm needs them, it will ask you directly.
Does it cost anything?
No. Requesting a review is free.
