These terms govern your use of tortmatics.com, operated by FusionByte Media LLC (“TortMatics,” “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What TortMatics is — and isn't

TortMatics is a marketing and intake service. We publish general information about legal claims and, when you ask, pass your request to participating law firms and intake partners, who pay us to advertise. We are not a law firm, do not give legal, medical, or financial advice, do not recommend or endorse any lawyer, and are not a lawyer referral service. This site is attorney advertising. See our Advertising disclosure.

2. No attorney-client relationship

Using this site or submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship with TortMatics or any law firm. A relationship exists only if a law firm agrees in writing to represent you. Don't send confidential information you would not want a firm to review before it decides whether to take your matter.

3. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that any firm will contact you, review your matter, or accept it, or any outcome, settlement, or amount. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Case counts and litigation updates are drawn from public sources and may change.

4. Deadlines

Legal claims have deadlines (statutes of limitations and repose) that vary by state and situation, and some may already have passed. Using this site does not stop or extend any deadline. Talk to a licensed attorney promptly.

5. Your submissions

• You must be 18 or older, or the parent or legal guardian of the child a request is about.
• Submit only true information about yourself or someone you are legally authorized to act for.
• Don't submit someone else's contact details without their permission.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use bots or automated tools to submit requests or scrape the site; interfere with its security or operation; test for vulnerabilities without our written permission; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Report security issues to info@tortmatics.com.

7. Content and sources

The site's text, design, and compilation are owned by FusionByte Media LLC. Linked court and agency documents belong to their publishers. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where FusionByte Media LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise. You may bring claims in small claims court where you live. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection or privacy law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.
